Above and beyond the call of duty

<p>I had the pleasure of interacting with a very courteous and professional lady named Alvina Rakhalaru. Even after leaving the store and getting I realised that I needed something from the hardware in the same complex. I called Shoprite and she answered and stated that she will someone to get the contact details of the hardware store. After a few moments I called back only to realise that she had gone herself as her colleague was not responsive. She spoke to the owner of the harware store and when i called again, she had presented me with his contact details. This type of service is extremely rare, moreso as it does not even fall within the scope of her duties. She should be given a commendation and her colleagues should learn from her what service excellence actually means</p>
