A very rude till packer

Shoprite lephalale CBD. till packers decide who they want to pack for. Yesterday (26-04-2023),i bought groceries amounting to R3500. When it came time for me to pay, the till packer switched tills cause I had too much items, I had to pack everything myself, then when I was about to leave, the till packer came back to that till. I asked her why she did what she did, then she rep**** in a very condescending way (I don't work here, am just doing the cashier a favor). I ended forgetting items worth almost R800 at the till, had to go back again today (27-04-2023).
