A very rude and arrogant OK minimark Pietermaritzburg employee.

Under the Shoprite Holdings @OK Minimark Pietermaritzburg College Road in Pelham. I have a number of encounters with this horrible lady, who happens to be a supervisor. I later got to know her name as Noxolo Zondi. I live just around the store and it’s very convenient for me to get my groceries and all other essentials there. But this woman has no respect or whatsoever towards the customers. Her attitude stinks to the core. I think she must be removed from dealing directly with customers because that environment is not for her. I’m not sure if she is one of the store owners because that’s how she behaves. She’s been carrying on with this nonsense for a very long time now. And we, as OK customers in the Pelham area are fed up of her and cannot wait for the shopping center opposite OK to open. Unless she is dealt with accordingly, OK will be loosing a lot of customers. She thinks we are desperate, shouting and screaming at customers and staff like we are her little kids. I spent years at tertiary to be screamed and shouted at by some lady working at till point for no reason.
