A very bad attitude received in Shoprite U save vuwani

Today i have went to U save in Vuwani, i had a problem of lost receipt of my money market transfer. The deposit was made in Kempton park Checkers Hyper and all i needed was assistance with retrieving the transfer since i had pin. I however was turned away and told to go back to Kempton park. I then called Customer service number of Shoprite where i was sent back to store to tell them to assist me. I was told tha since I called Shoprite Customer service, let them assist me. I asked if they wont assist me since they are refering me to Customer service, i was told to do as instructed. I found this very unprofessional from a retail giant like Shoprite.
