8 months expired canned food

<p> I went to Shoprite to buy canned food worth R840.56. today I’m informed that 3 cans of POT O' GOLD SPAGHETTI HOOPS WERE EXPIRED (04.10.2015) . DONT THEY CHECK FOR EXPIRING DATE? I bought the canned food on the (04/06/2016) or are they trying to **** us. 8 months after expiring and you still have it on the shelves ?You just lost loyal client. </p>
