7 days, No Refund, Inconsistencies, Unprofessional, Lack of processes
Sixty60
Professionalism out of the window, lack of processes, inconsistencies, too much blame from the call center on technical. My situation:
14 Dec deduction R1572.84 15 Dec order canceled by Sixty60, amount deducted with no reversal Logged 5 email - no response ro this date 21/12 Call 1 to call centre - you can expect a 24-48hrs, we have actioned this with your bank Call 2 - if you don't get it by Friday, call us back and we will issue a letter to send the bank (same day) Call 3 - no sir you have to wait 7 days - till Tuesday then call back and ask for the letter. Called the bank, also received no instruction from Checkers. Call 4 - still no refund, sir you now need to wait 10 days , it's policy. But just before on call 1 - 3 (different days) was told otherwise by the 3 different Sixty60 agents. Call 5 - I receive the letter, bank rejects as they only accept letters directly from the merchant (Sixty60). Call 6 - sorry sir you need to add your details to the letter and send to your bank. But I've just told you my bank does not accept letters from me, only the merchant. Sorry sir that's our process, not sure when the bank made this decision. Call bank, still no instruction from Checkers
At what point is enough, enough! It's been 7 days, no refund, back and forth on calls and I am still left without a refund and running at a loss for words.
I'm left with a useless letter that I cannot action with the bank.
Sixty60 Team, at this point I'm ready to approach the Head of Division. With the consumer protection act in place, how are you abiding with all these inconsistencies. I've also not received one reply to my email submissions.
Upon review of other complaints on hello Peter, I'm witnessing the same issues. This warrants to involve a complaint to the financial ombudsman - as this is considered non-compliant.
Please advise. The above steps will be implemented. There are too many complaints here for the same things.
