3 Hour wait to collect a ticket

I went in to Shoprite in Katlehong yesterday to collect tickets for a show I've been looking forward to in a very long time. I got there at 16:00 and in good faith, went to ask the teller about the process who sent me to the back of the line. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got to the Kiosk and I'm told there's only 1 teller who can help me, Nomsa. She made me go back to the car to collect my ID even though I had my drivers licence then half way through the process she left me waiting for over 20 minutes at the counter because she had to go to the cash office.<br> As a result, I got to the venue (which is 4 minutes away) just after 7 and my front row seats were given to other occupants because of the nature of the show.
