15 Till Points but 3-4 open Tills Everyday

Nothing is as Irritating as Waiting forever just to shop and get to a queue that's as long as the 1994 voting stations, we've spoken to Management and raised our concerns about a lack of open tills at the grocery section , the Money market kiosk,as well as Shoprite Liquor. Why should someone have to go to the extent of posting in Hello peter to be heard? if the queues are so long, day in and day out it clearly means that your service levels needs to be worked on and it clearly states that you need to hire more people if you can , and to some extent, i really cannot blame the staff for their attitude because they are overworked. Spoke to One Lady at the till a few days ago wanting to withdraw the funds at the till and she told me (With an Attitude) that there's no money (after i waited for about 15 to 20min at the queue).

Clearly this is a situation of turning a blind eye mainly because you have a township based establishment and you do not take the communities complaints because they are generally known to not complain when they are dissatisfied.

This is not good at all, you long Queues are disgusting please do something about this.
