14 tills on 3 till operators and zero packers

I went into shoprite sky city for my monthly shopping, i waited plus 45minutes to pay cause the shop has a lot of customers but only 3 till operators, there are no packers yet after waiting in like for 45minutesor more i was requested to assist in packing my groceries. I noticed that till operators do 2 things, operate the till and have to get up and pack thats what cause customers to wait for longer. Shoprite is a big store but has less workers or maybe customers are not taken serious. Workers are being overworked while supervisors swing in chairs and suck their the tip of their pens waiting waiting for a "void".This is disappointing. I originally typed this on the shoprite website but when submitting it as a complain it doesn't go through but as a compliment it went through.... Shows kind of company we buying from.
