Boniswa Giladile from Cape Town in Khayelitsha I bought a kettle from Shoprite on 21 November 2015.On Monday the 23 November 2015 the cap of the kettle was broken so I can't open the kettle to refill water.My brother brought the kettle back to Shoprite but they refuse to take it back they are saying its our carelessness.I couldn't understand it all can u please help me my contact number ***
