On the 29/9/2015,I was at Shoprite, Eloff street branch, Johannesburg CBD.I was doing my shopping. On my to till point I was a tin openers on the shelve,they were about three.I took one and pay it to the till.I noticed that the product was scanning different price.i asked the cashier to check the price that was displayed on the shelve.She did .i asked that price.A cashier called her supervisor. A supervisor came and listen to my request.She called a manager. A manager came and went to other aslie with till supervisor.He came to the till and took out the price tag that was displayed on the can openers shelve.He read the description that was written with small letters.He then told me with confident that he can't sell that product with that price because the description was not the same like product.I asked him why the display a different price tag.He failed to answer me. I asked Shoprite customer services number.He gave me .I phoned the number and explain the matter to the lady who introduced herself as Nomalizo.She listen to my story and asked my contact numbers which I gave her.She promised to come back to me and she told me that they can't't give the product.
