I was shopping at shoprite Tshwane mall. There was a pan of Braai vors at the walk way and after getting my bags at parcel counter I trapped and fall on it. The securities just stood there as if nothing happened, a guy who said he's new to the company and knows absolutely nothing about the attendance of customer incidents came with water with a takeaway. There was no caution to alert us external customers. I asked him about any manager he said he doesn't know who to report to. There was no any floor manager to attend to the matter nor health and safety manager of the store to attend. Everyone on the Frontline just looked and whispered and carried on with their work. I walked out of the store smelling like Braai, my shoes and trousers are damaged not to mention my socks. The oil was all over the front walkway. I would like to know if shoprite management team doesn't know about the attendance of customer incident? What must I do with my damaged clothes?
