Don't withdraw cash at the tills @Shoprite Tsakani Corner

Tried to Withdraw amount but was told it's not coming out but will reverse in 24hrs .My brother asked then what happens if that does not happen . Tshepo (manager)said a bank statement. But when my brother went back ,all changed and a physical card is now required. Which I had , now had to travel from JHB back to Tsakane to collect my money ,of which I had to pay for petrol . This Tshepo told me he was gonna be there on the phone. Upon arrival I get told he's got a day off.

Tshepo is a **** and bad in managing, he could have made a plan to reverse my money while I was there but he didn't care.

He didn't even care if that was my last bit of cash which I needed.

This is what customers face on a daily basis. Their consumer at Shoprite don't care that I incurred loss due to their faulty system.
