Inappropriate remark

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an incident with a male security officer on duty at Trade Route Mall on the 25 April 2026 While I was waiting in line, the security officer made a personal and inappropriate remark to me, stating that "I love men, that’s why I waited upon him to finish with the person in front.”_

I found this comment rude, unprofessional, and insulting. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected in your shop. Security staff are expected to maintain professionalism and treat all patrons with dignity, regardless of the situation.

I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure staff are trained on respectful conduct.
