Shoprite Mokopane is the worst, experienced the worst service ever

Shoprite Mokopane is the worst, experienced the worst service ever. I went there yesterday on the 10th October and bought food for R1782 and I had to pack for my own items, the cashier jumped to the next customer immediately after i made a payment.. my goods were still in the counter and she didnt care. Why can't the store have packers? Why must we pack for our own goods? Why are cashiers not helping clients to pack thier goods? I have never experienced such poor service in other grocery stores. Im very disappointed and will never go to that store again.
