Shoprite Crossroads Plaza (KwaMhlanga) in Mpumalanga always sells us food that is not in the good state in the morning, they are selling us leftovers. It's been going on for years now and I am not happy at all with such a service that is why I decided to voice it out maybe our concern will be taken seriously because everyone keeps complaining about their food that is not in good state. This is a complaint I made last year and no feedback was received and the issue keeps going on

Health and safety risk.
Shoprite in kwamhlanga crosings, The isles always have a the bug trolleys that pack stock and 90%of the time there is no one pack it us just parked there you must always struggle to get whatever you that is behind the trolley. The staff don't seem to see any problem. Secondly the trolley don't have sanitizer yet the tills have some sort of disinfectant for them to use. According to health and safety there must always be a a disinfectant to tne trolleys down. How many people put their hand on the trolleys in a day and if one person has a contagious deaseas we will all be infected. I cant even put my son on the trolley because this is is a health hazard. Can we be taken serious please as much as you can put 2 security guards to check our receits you can surely put someone to make sure hygiene and moving around is a priority. Teach your managers to greet when they come accross customers. Customer service is business.
