Manager dies not leave someone in charge when he is not available.
On the 24th of February I was shopping at Shoprite. On the table with discount goods I took 4 tins of baked beans @ R8 each. When I came to the till the cashier scanned it and then realize the manager has to come and authorize the discount. According to her she also had to call hom for another customer but he could not come to assist. According to her he is not on the floor or his office and ahe could not tell how long it will take for the Manager to attend to this. I really gelt it is unacceptable that the Manager leave but then there is nobody to authorize the discount. What if I needed it for supper meaning I have to pay the higher price or go and look for something else. I am really disappointed.
