Shoprite Ga-Rankuwa shopping complex staff's attitude and bad servicee

So if you are employed at one of the stores in this complex. It is known that there is a staff till, which caters for employees in the complex, for when they are on lunch, they don't need to use the normal ques, used by customers, so that their lunch time, does not end whilst they are trying to purchase. Every other store in the complex, uses this method except for shoprite. Yes they will help shoprite staff, and give us, who work at other stores in the same complex attitude. They flat out do not want to assist. I would not be complaining if there weren't any shoprite staff we assist when its their lunch time, and we make them pass the que, so that they manage to run errands and have enough time left to have their lunch. My issue also is the staffs attitude, there has never been a time, i went to shoprite Ga-Rankuwa shopping complex, and came out of the store, happy with the service given. The employees in that store needs training on how tomake customers feel at home. We bring in the money as well moes. Pick n Pay on the other hand, has the friendliest staff members, who always go the extra mile for their customers. We never que at pick n pay as employees, because they understand that 1hr/30mins lunch time.e is not enough for us to eat and run errands, even worse to go purchase lunch and come back, sit down and have that lunch. The time is not enough, so we try to use what we have. Please find a way for the shoprite staff to do better.
