Food poisoning

My name is Samuel , we bought chicken from shoprite at delft mall cooked chicken and after i ate the chicken , i got a smell that the chicken is of and ended up in hospital , was diagnosed with food poisoning and was book off a whole week . Had a procedure done and had to go for an CAT scan to check how far the bacteria has spreaded in my body, my body is still in pain and can't sleep on my left side as pain increases. ***
