Delft Mall Shoprite rude bakery staff

I like many other pensioners buy subsidised bread at ShopRite Delft Mall. That ShopRite has a very unfair policy of previleging workers in the mall , security and horizon trolley management above ordinary customers by assisting them before us. In the long bread line, these previlege gets bread when they rock up at the bakery and the amounts they request. We are normal pensioner customers have to wait in long lines to get just 1 bread . Today 18 September 2025 I questioned the bakery assisted about this previlege after she helped a security. On my 2nd return for my 2nd bread , I asked her name. She refused to give it. I found out that it is Rose. She was so rude to me calling me a dom old man who must get a job. She came from behind the counter and grabbed the bread out of the basket . She rudely told me to tell the manager. The matter did go to the manager who I think just listened. I'm sure that ShopRite do not favour previleging anybody above another.
