Cashier ****ming and Targeting Pensioners!!!

I did a cash send from Capitec of R1000 to my mother whom is a pensioner over 73 years of age, she was attended by a cashier at a till point inside Shoprite Mthatha Plaza yesterday the 20th of May 2026 in the morning, unfortunately she did not record the name of the cashier whom took her phone and got a view of the reference number and pin on WhatsApp, without punching anything in the system, she confirmed the money was redeemed by the sender. She left Shoprite confused and instantly called when she got home sobbing, devastated as she was waiting for me her daughter in JHB currently to send money for food. When I checked on my app, the money was withdrawn at 12:04 at Capitec ATM Mthatha, ***** case number #***5. Capitec confirmed that you can't take out the money if you do not know the reference and pin and it is confirmed the only other person other than my mother who has seen the reference and pin is the Shoprite Plaza Cashier, especially because she held the phone, looked at the reference with the PIN, immediately confirmed the money was redeemed. Where did she see that information? My mother was not given an opportunity to enter the secret pin herself on the machine. To the manager and staff together with the whole Shoprite Brand, may this matter be looked at, use this one as an example to view your CCTV cameras in your staff cashiers because they *******!!!!! I encourage our Pension Mother's to rephrane from taking out cash send money from Shoprite Plaza.. A R1000 is alot of money to have some greedy, selfish Cashier to play dumb with our old parents. It's Ridiculous!! Check the people you employ.. Shoprite is a big Brand and this is unacceptable! It is clear, it is not the first attempt! Kindly check your CCTV yesterday from 11:00 - 12:00 on the lady assisting at kiosk or Cash out Money area and advise on this platform!
