Appalling service and lack of accountability

I lodged a complaint with the above mentioned store on the 18th of February 2026 and received an automated response that my complaint has been received and I would be contacted. Almost a month later I still have not received any feedback on my complaint. I purchased Viennas on the same day(18/02/2026) for my small two kids lunch box,they turned out to have expired and I sent a complaint with pictures attached and to date I have had no one contact me regarding this. This is how serious they take their customers and think we deserve to spend our hard earned money on expired goods that could affect our kids health and do not even deserve to be in the fridge or shelves!
