Customer service issues

Very Bad customer service, I waited on the que for 40mins, and the manager was the only person to authorize at tills, also check receiving, and was not kind to customers because of pressure i guess but, I don't want to spend my money where I am not respected and my time is not respected, please have atleast enough staff, or one que system so that when on cashier is stucked, que can move, since i can't go start to que at the end of another que.
