Shoprite liquor and grocery store mistreatment

I had the worst experience today, their liquor store even the shoprite grocery store failed to provide a withdrawal service where I needed cash but they couldn't give me because apparently they don't have cash while their stores are full with people who are paying with cash but all 6 cashiers had no cash for withdrawal they made me wait for 30mins while I needed cash to buy meds for my child who is ill, I have never experienced this but well they don't care no apology nothing just them being there and you wonder why they advertise a service they don't provide and waste our time
