MUTHI at Shoprite(Alex Plaza)

On Saturday the 15th I went to Shoprite Alex plaza and went to leave baby's bag at the parcel counter. I greeted the lady by the name of CLARA who was assisting me. I gave her the bag and remembered that I forgot to take out my purse. I asked to please give me the bag back I need to take out my purse and immediately she said EISH! I kept quiet and opened the bag, she then said I must not leave that bag open I must close it with attitude. And I asked her how can I leave the bag opened in tbe parcel counter. She then started shouting and said she doesn't want to take my bag I must take it to the security and I told her I'm not going to do that I'm want to leave it at the parcel counter and she threw the tag on me and I left. When I got back to take my bag I heard her still shouting saying kids of these are very disrespectful and I asked her to give me my bag she said I must go and get it from the office she is not going to give it to me. She told me to not ever come back to that store and I asked if it is her store. She went to her shoprite plastic bag took out MUTHI and put in her mouth and splited on me.

The manager(Sibusiso) then tried to resolve the issue but I am still concerned about the MUTHI that she is using on customers let alone hrr colleagues . How am I supposed to go back to that store when you know that the stuff uses MUTHI on customers.
