Not the best experience
After no one answering my call I'm airing my grievance on hello peter. This vendor has a poor choice of delivery partner SkyNet Worldwide Express. I was expecting delivery of my parcel 1 day ago only to see on the delivery website that 'Client refused delivery'. There were no missed calls and we were home the entire day. This deceptive behaviour is just not on and I'm a present short for Christmas.

The courier company is not a Shopping4Africa preferred courier, but the only courier service that delivers the product you ordered. That being said, we contacted them and they eventually delivered your parcel just after 19:30 on the 24th and we thank you for your patience and confirming receipt! We notified our supplier of the actions of the courier company and they will hopefully address this matter with them. We are very relieved that you received your package and that you did not have to disapoint a little heart on Christmas!
