********** Sales

I did an online purchase on the 23 July 2020 with my credit card. I received purchase confirmation with order number #1966 and tracking code. To this day I have not received my purchase, after spending $173, nor was I able to track my order. I've sent numerous emails to the info desk, but still no response. I believe this company is a **** and ********** in their sales. If there is any means of tracking a direct number, I would have called. My personal opinion is that they should be investigated, as no one response to any client queries.
