Rude Pharmacist and also the manager/owner

I was in the Drug store during my lunch and needed some insulin and one more pill from my script. The pharmacist lady was pleasant , but did not have a clue. There were no other customers at the pharmacy. I asked if I can get my script in a hurry as I only have 5 minutes left on my break. Mr Saeed Z Ali the pharmacist was rude and refused to do my 2 items. He said I should take my business elsewhere and he will cancel the script. I said I will wait and he said no , he does not want me in his store again. I am less than 2 months in Canad and have never in my life had such disgusting service. I though Canada was known for excellent service. I have been a customer at various shoppers since I arrived here. I was going to do more shopping at shoppers, but after the way I was treated, I will not support ,not only this shoppers , but all of them.The owner does not deserve to be in business. I thought that the customer is always right, but not at shoppers. I expect a letter of apology from the head office.<br>
