Bought an oven from them on 3 Feb 2023. Delivered incorrect oven and said they did not have what I paid for, but this particular one looks similar. I returned the item on the 8th of Feb. Asked for a refund and to date not one person has been in contact with me regarding the situation. Phone every day and still no one answers the calls. The worst possible retail outlet I have ever dealt with.
