After seeing soo many terrible reviews, against my better judgement, I decided to purchase a Ville Silver Cheval Mirror online, through Shopperdeals. I made the purchase on the 20th of April and till today, I have had zero communication with regards to my order. I tried calling their line during business hours more than 5 times, the line rings to voicemail. Texted their WhatsApp number 2 times, no response. Even wrote an email, surprise surprise - no response. This is very poor customer service. As someone who works in a sales environment, I am shocked as to why this company is still in business.
