No delivery and stopped responding to requests for information - nearly 8 weeks waiting so far

Item was purchased on Dec 4, and estimated delivery time on the website is 12-21 days. After 21 days my queries were met with automated responses that are to the effect of the following: Even though we says 12-21 days, it could be up to 30; Even though we say 30, it could be 30 plus; - and so on After my 3rd letter, asking for a non-automated response and explanation - they simply stopped responding. So far, I'm still waiting nearly 2 months later, and they have not even bothered to respond to my last 2 emails.
