Shopokarma is a ripoff

I am enquiring as to WHERE my order is as per the Invoice number c ********** 9205.1 and Paypal payment PPX001066:764bce9da21b8 – Transaction ID: 0WR40132ML608315G This was for the iPhone 6S Wallet-cum-Phone Cover which was purchased AND PAID FOR on the 29th July 2017. It is now ONE MONTH LATER and I still have not received my order.
