Formula doesn't Work.

They do deliver, BUT this is product is other then Minoxidil. It simply doesn't work, I've tried a different brand before theirs and comparing this to the previous. This brand is simply ****, even for 5%

So if you wondering why your hair is not growing, you probably have a bad batch of Minoxidil.

Minoxodil works perfectly, just get the right brand or at thr pharmacy
