Be careful of Shopmate.co.za

I placed an order (and paid) with this online store on 16th July, 2021. I received confirmation of payment saying that the order had been processed. On 19th I received this message after inquiring where the order was: Good Day Frank Your order has been processed and will email you tracking details ASAP. Thank you

Kind Regards Shop Mate Sales Since then I have heard nothing further despite my 2 emails asking for progress. I have been trying to access their web site since Monday, but it says they are working on it. I now suspect that perhaps I have been ****med and have contacted PAYFAST to refund my payment. Whether that will happen remains to be seen. BE CAREFUL OF SHOPMATE.CO.ZA
