Poor communication and failure to deliever

<p>I ordered a swimsuit on the website on the 6th of march 2017. The website state that my package would take a 2 days to arrive. Each time i tried following up via email,i didnt get a response. I then went onto chat to them on their facebook page on the 9th of march where they rep**** me and told me it would take 2 - 3 weeks. I kept following up on many accounts on the 23rd of march ,3rd of April ,5th of April where i asked for a refund and they only responded on the 7th of aprilsaying they were unable to cancel my order and they kept telling me that its coming. Its now over a month and i still havent received it. i followed up on many other accounts on the 16th of April 2017,19th and 20th of April as well as monday the 24th of April 2017 and they havent responded and I already paid them 429 rand but havent received anything. Its just excuse after excuse and no action. They hav erefused to refund me even though i havent received the swimsuit.</p>
