waiting for my parcel. No Delivery

Good Day <br> <br> i ordered a Gel Kit from them and payed the amount on the 02/11/2015 on the same day someone phoned me to confirm if it was me how payed in the money. on the 23/11/2015 i recived the first email saying your tracking number is RE***SE and the packed is on his way from sweden normal delivery time is 15-30 days. <br> i phoned the lady at the front deck and she told me that my packed will be in potchefstroom on the 14/12/2015 at the latest. on the 17/12/2015 i sent a email to ask them were my packed is. the email come back and they told me the packed is in jhb at the sorting hub. i tracked my parcel and saw the parcel is expired. again i email them asking whats going on. they then told me the packed was alreddy at my post office and was sent back to jhb. with all the detail, according to the info they sent the packed was deliverd to J Calitz at Tyger Valley, a then sent them a email telling them that i dont even know where Tyger Valley is and that im living in potchefstroom and gave them all my detail again. the email i recived back was there is something not wright with my parcel and that i need to follow up on it with the number ***, tracking II***ZA
