Still no Delivery

I Placed an order on the 19th of November 2015, today it is 8 January 2016 and still no delivery 15-30 days as promised has already passed and still no order, every time a phone it is the same answer just give it a few more days customs is very busy blah blah few days pass and still nothing, i mean really this is ridiculous i have spend a lot of money ordering things and have to wait this long for it, more than 30 days, people should really not order from Shopiton unless you atleast have time to wait 2 months for you stuff or pay more for 7-12 days delivery which probably won't happen as well, I need answers of where my stuff are or you can give me a full refund seriously!!
