Late delivery, no communication - Bad service!!

On the 12th of January Shopiton advertised a product on a buying group / page on Facebook. I followed the link, registered and paid for my order. According to their website the items ship withing 2 - 5 working days. After 2 days my order was still showing \awaiting payment\" - I emailed them to enquire after which they rep**** that my payment had been received and updated it on the system. After about another week I had not received any information wrt a tracking number or the status of my order. Again I had to email them and ask them to update me on the status of my order. I asked why they advertised something on a facebook group if they did not had sufficient stock and why I had to wait so long, as their website clearly stated 2-5 working days. The only response I got was that my order had to come from Netherlands and this takes long. I have had no communication from them unless I was the one enquiring. It has now been a month and I have still not received my order. I am not happy with the level of service I have received from Shopiton at all and will not purchase anything from them again."
