No response after payment for online order

I have ordered a whatch at Shopfluent on the 19th of February online, and made an EFT which I have e-mailed to them the same day. They say within 24-48 hour I will get a link with tracking information. Two weeks later no link. I have sent them a whatsApp to cancell my order and provided a bank confirmation letter on my message. No reply since, whatsApp is it read yet, and still no link. PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK
