BAD EXPERIANCE WITH SHOPFLUENT. PAYMENT MADE 2 WEEKS AGO, STILL NO WORD FROM THEM. ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered and paid via EFT on the 19th of February 2022. Proof of payment was e-mailed the same date to their e-mail address. According to their ad you will get a link from them within 24-48 hours with tracking information.Two weeks later, still no link from them. I have sent proof of payment to their whatsApp numbers well.They confirmed payment received on whatsApp. A week ago I have sent a whatsApp again requesting the link to track my order. They now say they have a backlog and will refund me. I have sent them my bank confirmation letter for the refund, but whatsApp was still not read and still no reply from them. PLEASE HELP I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE AGAIN
