Terrible Experience with ShopExpress

I am having a bad experience with ShopExpress, placed an order and paid in July i was told the package will be received in 7 working days. i have been constantly on WhatsApp with them and they ignore my message. I was told delivery would be on the 17th or 18th there have been no update and they don't respond on their WhatsApp. Their after service is terrible and they don't care for their customers.
