Shopexpress Poor Service

Sadly I had a bad experience with Shopexpress. I ordered a watch via their online store and was told that delivery will take 1-2 days. When that time lapsed, I got in touch with them via their Whatsapp line. I was told that due to high order volumes, delivery will take 7-9 working days. When that time lapsed, I enquired again. I was told that delivery would be via their in-house courier. I asked for a tracking number. I was nit answered. I canceled my order and was told refund would take 2-3 working days. That too has passed and they are just quiete. I'm loosing hope in seeing my money or product again. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
