Shopexpress

I have ordered a smart watch in July 2022 from Shopexpress, was told that the delivery will be about 10 days. Now that I am quering the delivery, I'm being told it would have been on 15-16 August 2022, then I'm being told 18-19 August 2022, and today I'm being told that their courier has issues delivering the watch, and if I have not received the watch by 23-24 August 2022 I will get a refund. This I don't believe as I think this is a *****ed company and they ***** people's money!
