JUST DISAPPOINTING!

I placed an order for an item and timed it to ensure that it would arrive well in time as a birthday gift. NO DELIVERY. I contacted Shopexpress who apologised and provided me with a new delivery date - that was 5 days ago. STILL NO DELIVERY. This is really disappointing service, especially as a first time customer. Perhaps Shopexpress could not care less, but it will also be the LAST time I purchase from this site.
