Goods purchased and paid but never received

Ordered and paid for watches on 27th July 2022 and was told delivery is 2 to 3 days. After that I received several delays and messages was ignored on their whatsapp support. I have inboxed on Facebook and seem they blocked me from their account. Last delivery email said it will be delivered yester 7 September 2022 between 10:00 and 16:00 of which I waited whole day. Still haven't received my goods and messages being ignored on whatsapp and their account no longer on Facebook
