DO NOT BUT FROM SHOPEXPRESS

This is a total ****. You order something and pay for it and then when it comes for them to deliver the item, they have an excuse if they struggling to find my delivery address and then move the delivery date twice. Then they said that they won’t be able to deliver the item and that they would refund me. I kept on asking when they would refund and they keep saying that in 5 business days and then again that I will received my refund today, Tuesday 6 September 2022 and still nothing has been received. It’s businesses like this that make other small online businesses look bad because then everyone think that they all the same and that’s not the case. This is not on. You don’t do this to people if you don’t want this to be done to you. Something needs to be done.
