Shopcentre dissapointed

I gave specific instructions that I need my order by Thursday morning, even phoned to confirm. It's Friday morning, and still nothing after several calls. I have to face 30 excited primary school learners s and dissapoint them. Very dissapointed, fast, reliable service shiuld be s****ped on their add. False advertising.
