Worst service ever!

Absolutely the worst! I've ordered a product and it still hasn't arrived after half a year, the website claimed to wait at least 90 days before filing a missing product report because of the pandemic but if you try to file it it tells you you can't because you don't have an order with in the past 90 days. Their automatic AI helping agent just stops replying after you said your product hasn't arrived and they don't respond to your emails at all.
