Pretty bad experience

Although not technically a South African company, the fact that they use a South African domain name makes me feel warranted to write this review.

I placed an order on 4 January 2021 that was shipped 8 January 2021. Yes, they warned of delays and yes, they didn't promise an overnight courier, but in my opinion it is reasonable to expect a shipped parcel in 2-4 weeks.

Tomorrow is 3 months and my parcel is still not here. The Royal Mail website gives me no indication of exactly where my parcel is or when I can expect it.

Shop4za wants me to only query my parcel on 23 April 2021 again and I'm sorry. That is way beyond reasonable service.

Please be careful of merchants having a .co.za domain but really ships from abroad. They are not the first ones I am having difficulties with. Also confirm whether they deliver with a reputable courier or hand over the parcel to the South African Post Office, like in this case.
