An absolute NO GO!!!!

Ordered a birthday present for March its now May and still nothing...when I emailed them they telling me after 3months to wait another 90 days.... This is totally unacceptable with no help in site from them at all....the biggest mistake anyone can make . Plus on top of it they refuse to respond to anyone's reviews or queries.
